Information Regarding Admission to class XI for Session 2008

Students from Vidyapith are given first preference for admission to senior secondary course, provided that they fulfill the criteria determined by the authority of the Institution. A few seats are, however, made available to those competent students who aim at academic excellence and also aspire to build character on firm moral foundation. Boys appearing for class X examination may collect application forms during the first week of February. Selected candidates are given provisional admission on the basis of their results of Pre-Board Examination followed by a ‘viva-voce’ Test. Classes for XI commence in the month of April. Such admissions are, in any case, regularized only after publication of C.B.S.E. Results.

‘‘The first phase Admission Test” will be held on 20th April 2008 at the premises of our Vidyapith.

The Prospectus and Application Forms are available by hand from Vidyapith Book-Sales counter from 1st February 2008, from 09.00 am to 11.30 am and 3.00 pm to 4.30 pm after depositing an application fee of Rs. 450/-. Application forms are also available by registered post on remitting a sum of Rs. 500/- by Demand Draft on any bank payable at Deoghar in favour of Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Deoghar. Money Orders are not accepted.

However, guardians are requested to submit the duly filled forms at the earliest to facilitate timely processing of the same and issue of Admit Card.

If the admit card does not reach you by 10th April 2008 you may make enquiries with necessary information.

Selection will be cancelled for any anomaly in the application form (including the health report). Suppression of facts may lead to the removal of the boy at any time even after admission is granted.

The admission test will be conducted in two phases - Screening and Final. The screening result will be released within 15 days of the test. Only boys qualifying in the Screening Test will be called to Deoghar for the Final Test sometime in May 2008.
